The Casimir effect is
a physical forces arising from a quantized field. Two uncharged metallic plates
placed a few hundred nanometers apart without any external electromagnetic
field will develop a force of attraction between themselves. In a classical
description, the lack of an external field would mean that there is no field
between the plates, and no force would be measured between them. From the
perspective of QED,( quantum electrodynamics), however the plates do affect
the virtual photons which constitute the field, and generate a net force,
either an attraction or a repulsion, depending on the specific arrangement
of the two plates. This force has been measured, and is a striking example
of an effect purely due to second quantization. Dutch physicists Hendrik Casimir
and Dirk Polder first proposed the existence of the force and formulated an
experiment to detect it in 1948 while participating in research at Philips
Research Labs. The classic form of the experiment, described above, successfully
demonstrated the force to within 15% of the value predicted by the theory.
In 2003 this force was measured to within 5% of theory.
Abstract
The claims of s ub zero states of hydrogen have been controversial for years
and caused the study of this field to languish for what may prove to be nothing
more than semantics. Classical quantum mechanics states hydrogen in free space
exists at the minimal ground state. In the last decade numerous experiments
have raised doubts about that assertion or at least the meaning of free space
with respect to catalysts / casimir cavities in that the orbital diameter
of hydrogen can fall below what we normally consider ground state when inside
a casimir cavity or catalyst.

A 2005 paper by Jan Naudts paper (5 August
2005). "On the hydrino state of the relativistic
hydrogen atom" [5] contends that the sub zero state argument overlooks
relativistic effect inside Casimir cavities. Relativistic hydrogen implies
a temporal axis solution, The hydrino orbital remains stationary relative
to a moving boundary that occurs inside a Casimir cavity as the vacuum flux
rotate on the time axis to appear faster. The hydrogen is unaware of the translation
because the "canvas" of space-time is changing not the matter drawn
upon it. I am proposing this rotation is the more likely solution to the known
exclusion of longer wavelength vacuum fluctuations in a Casimir cavity. It
is a relativistic solution opposite to time slowing as one approaches speed
of light or equivalent event horizon. The minimal approach to the nucleus
is still observed but from our perspective it is accomplished with additional
temporal displacement courtesy of the Casimir exclusion field. Vacuum flucuations
have changed their orientation with respect to 3D space inside the cavity
1 Introduction
Black Light Power [1] , founded
by Dr Randell Mills, was confirmed in an October 2008 video
by Rowan University [2] to produce far more calories than possible for
the given hydrogen impregnation in a 50KW reactor. The hydrogen and catalyst
are brought up to 200C at which point the reaction produces far more heat
than Rowan chemists can account for with standard chemistryand the reaction
produces a signature Black Light plasma. Dr Mills coined the term hydrino
for the sub zero state hydrogen atoms that produce this plasma when they form
dihydrinos. This theory was challenged by Andre Rathke (May 2005) paper "A critical analysis of
the hydrino model". [4] however Rathke's
paper was itself soon challenged by Jan Naudts paper (5 August 2005). "On the hydrino
state of the relativistic hydrogen atom" [5] which demonstrated that
Rathke had not allowed for relativistic effects (temporal axis displacement).
Naudts theory was for a single atom and had only 1 stable state which in the
millions of electron volt range was describing nuclear reactions. This laid
the foundation for a relativistic interpertation but it wasn't untill June
of 2007 that Ronald Bourgoin, once a graduate student of Robert Carroll’s,
published
a paper that showed the general wave equation predicts exactly the 137
inverse principal quantum levels claimed by Mills. This leads to numerous
combinations of stable states when bonding can occur between atoms in this
relativistic state QED refers to as “up converted” inside a Casimir cavity.
Together Naudts and Bourgoin do not contradict the QED theory of "up
conversion " or "ground state suppression" but rather opens
up the interpertation to include the longer vacuum fluctuation changing orientation
to appear shorter just like a waveform approaching an event horizon would
appear longer.

May 27th 2008 Bernard Haisch and Garret Moddel were awarded a patent [6] for a device
based on stochastic electrodynamics which also describes a hydrino like state
but leveraging the restricted vacuum fluctuations of a Casimir exclusion field.
They were the first to link the hydrino to the casimir cavity even though
Mills had already demonstrated the use of a skeletal catalyst (Rayney nickel)
the correlation of pore sizes ( 1o nm x 10nm) to Casimir geometry was overlooked.
Jan Naudts mathematical evidence [5] of a “relativistic” solution fits well
with Dr Mills assertions of a non radiative transition “away” from zero state
and Bougoins proof of the 137 energy states. The energy level, -13.5 eV remains
unchanged when translating in and out of these exclusion fields, catalysts
or cavities (your choice of terminology)

To rectify heat energy instead of catalytic action from vacuum fluctuations
requires a special set of circumstances. It requires rigid Casimir geometry
to remain fixed against a trapped molecule of gas ( H2). It requires monatomic
gas (H1) delivered to the narrowest portions of the Casimir cavity where it
translates to a hydrino state courtesy of the vacuum fluctuation orientation.
The hydrino must then form a dihydrino to prevent normal translation back
to hydrogen. Once formed inside a RIGID Casimir cavity the dihydrino is trapped!
When the plates start to open the molecules’ orbital orientations are locked
one against the other on the time axis and unable to twist back up the curvature
of the well. The retracting vacuum fluctuations can not leave matter outside
the temporal wall and therefore build strong boundary conditions with the
orbitals. In a weaker Casimir cavity (catalyst) the parallel plates would
simply move but in a rigid catalyst the molecule is crushed between the cavity
walls and the retracting flux until the bond breaks and atoms are restored
to monatomic energy levels by Casimir force. This method effectively rectifies
energy from vacuum fluctuations by providing a method to organize their energy
in a non chaotic manner.
